As the holiday season approaches, the spirit of giving takes center stage. This year, one notable partnership is shining brightly: Happy V, a company dedicated to feminine wellness, has teamed up with Vitamin Angels, a nonprofit organization providing life-changing nutritional support to mothers and children at critical times in their lives. This partnership is a testament to the power of businesses giving back, especially during the season of giving.

Who Are Vitamin Angels?

Vitamin Angels is a nonprofit organization that focuses on addressing malnutrition from the very start, aiming to protect everyone’s chance to reach their full potential and create a healthier, more equitable world. The organization operates in 65 countries worldwide and all 50 U.S. states, including Puerto Rico. In the United States alone, about 1 million women lack access to prenatal vitamins, and Vitamin Angels reaches approximately half of these women every year, including through healthcare organizations in Florida, near Happy V’s headquarters.

The Birth of a Partnership

The collaboration between Happy V and Vitamin Angels began in 2022 at a trade show in Las Vegas. When Daniella Levy, the founder of Happy V, and the team from Vitamin Angels met, it was clear that their values aligned perfectly. Both organizations share a passion and focus on women’s health, and together, they realized they could make a real difference.

“Our mission at Happy V has always been to support women’s health and wellness,” says Daniella Levy. “Partnering with Vitamin Angels allows us to extend that mission globally and make a tangible impact in the lives of mothers and children who need it most.”

Since then, Happy V has supported Vitamin Angels by donating 25 cents for every product sold. This contribution may seem small, but it has a significant impact. For every 25 cents received, Vitamin Angels provides a life-changing nutritional intervention to a mother or child, along with the education and technical assistance needed to ensure the intervention’s effectiveness.

Making a Global Impact

The work of Vitamin Angels has far-reaching effects. Access to essential vitamins and minerals can increase scholastic success, open up opportunities, break the cycle of generational malnutrition, and contribute to a healthier and more equitable world. Since the partnership with Happy V began, over $125,000 has been donated, enabling Vitamin Angels to provide nutritional support to over half a million mothers and children.

This partnership’s success highlights how businesses can play a crucial role in supporting global health initiatives and making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Looking to the Future

Vitamin Angels aims to leave a lasting legacy by ending malnutrition. Their next ambitious goal is to double their impact and reach 140 million mothers and children annually by 2033. This vision aligns perfectly with the holiday season’s spirit of giving, reminding us all of the importance of supporting those in need.

As Happy V and Vitamin Angels continue their partnership, they demonstrate how businesses can leverage their success to give back to the community and create lasting, positive change. This holiday season, their story serves as an inspiring example of the impact of corporate social responsibility and the power of giving back.

In a world where businesses are often seen as profit-driven, Happy V and Vitamin Angels remind us that companies can also be forces for good, especially during the season of giving. Their partnership is a beacon of hope and a call to action for other businesses to follow suit and make a difference.
