Conceived in 2000, Porto Digital has transformed Recife into a bona fide center for Brazil’s emerging tech and creative sectors. In May 2024, CESAR was accredited as Brazil’s new Cybersecurity Competence Center by Embrapii and Brazil’s MCTI.
