Amanda J. Andrews, designated broker at Affinity Home Assets LLC, has cultivated success and leadership skills throughout her 25-year career in real estate. Andrews oversees a full-service brokerage with a team of agents, focusing on residential real estate sales and comprehensive property management. She thrives in a highly competitive housing market, where both investors and homeowners depend on her to navigate acquisition, sales, and long-term investment management.
A Foundation Built on Discipline
Andrews began her journey in the industry while working as an executive assistant at Postmodern Development, a real estate development office. She found her interest was sparked. The company funded her education courses at the Colorado Real Estate School in Centennial, Colorado, where she obtained a broker’s license. Today, she holds licenses in Arizona and Colorado.
Crediting her success to her structured upbringing on a Nebraska farm, Andrews said that early mornings and multiple responsibilities instilled a strong work ethic. She feels her analytical approach was further inspired by her father, who was a professional engineer.
A Career Constructed on Experience
Andrews has extensive experience in her field, including 12 years in Colorado, where she gained expertise in both commercial and residential work. There, she worked with a portfolio valued at nearly $90 million, including state land. Since 2023, she has led Affinity Home Assets, where she oversees a team of agents.
Looking to the future, Andrews plans to further expand her firm, following the doubling of her management portfolio in recent years. She aims to increase her work with investors, raise the brokerage’s visibility, and, most importantly, support her team as they grow their individual expertise and success. Her drive is highlighted by her three-year streak of winning Best of Community recognitions in Ahwatukee, Arizona.
Andrews is proud to say colleagues frequently seek her guidance. “My experience and all the different types of agents and investors that I’ve worked with over the years have given me insight,” she reveals. “A lot of my colleagues and fellow brokers always come to me for insight on certain situations because they know, ‘Amanda’s probably dealt with that before.’”
Personal and Community Achievements
Outside of her busy work schedule, Andrews still finds time to dedicate to her community. She is an active participant in the Barrio Nuevo Community Enhancement Program and serves on the board of directors for Mission Africa Project. She is also a dedicated prayer minister and works with Family Promise, an organization that provides temporary housing and support for families in need.
As a devoted “baseball mom,” Andrews spends considerable time assisting her son with his team. When she takes time for herself, she enjoys baseball, Jeep trail riding, and hiking, pursuits that resonate with her deeply disciplined nature.
