Recognized for his leadership, award-winning coaching, and commitment to personal growth, Jordan White is a self-leadership coach, facilitator, and podcast host who helps individuals and teams create greater value in their lives, work, and relationships. As co-host of “The Practicing People’s Podcast,” White explores how curiosity, compassion, and consciousness lead to lasting transformation.
Since 2022, White has served as core faculty at the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership and also brings his coaching expertise to the Envision Team Synergy collective. In 2021, he founded Jordan White Coaching, where he helps individuals and teams tap into their “A-Game” – purposeful, value-generating ways of thinking that align with clarity, action, and true impact.
More on Jordan White
White’s journey blends lived experience with formal education and training. A former college athlete, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing in 2012 and a Master of Arts in communication and leadership from Park University in 2021. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Smart Growth Advisor via Disruption Advisors, an MBTI practitioner, and a Core Essentials Graduate (CEG) of Coach U Inc. Additionally, he is a certified Axiogenics Valuegenic Self-Leadership Development practitioner. This science-based framework, along with the VQ Profile and his transformational coaching approach, helps clients reshape their thinking to move beyond reactivity into purpose-driven impact, enabling them to “Be More.”
Before beginning his practice, White held a leadership position at the Credit Union of Colorado. As a contact center supervisor, he embraced his natural coaching style of leadership and led a cultural and operational overhaul. Some of his notable achievements include reducing turnover from 40% to 5%, increasing employee satisfaction to 94%, and boosting customer satisfaction to 98%. He mentored over a dozen team members into leadership roles and worked directly with executives and process-improvement teams. These experiences revealed his true calling: helping people think differently, lead themselves more intentionally, and unlock their full potential within.
Today, White helps individuals and teams move beyond outdated, habitual patterns, what he calls “B-Game” thinking. He equips clients with the tools and awareness to access the clarity, resilience, and creativity of their A-Game more consistently. As a facilitator, he creates experiences that provide both immediate and lasting value. As a coach trainer, he supports aspiring coaches in sharpening their skills and cultivating the presence and depth needed to unlock the limitless potential of coaching.
“At the core of self-leadership is what we call the Central Question of Life, Love and Leadership: ‘What choice can I make and action can I take, in this moment, to create the greatest net value?’ That’s the compass I help people align with. And when they allow themselves to follow it, they unlock their highest potential within,” White explains.
More Than a Coach
Outside of his client work, White actively contributes to his community through service and mentorship. He is involved with the International Coaching Federation Colorado Chapter, where he previously served on the board. He mentors young men of color through MSU Denver’s Brother to Brother Program and coaches leadership students at several universities. He remains dedicated to his partnership with the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership, hosting workshops and co-directing the “Build Your Own Compass” program, training public health, environmental, and equity leaders to think and lead more critically, courageously, and compassionately.
In 2024, White was recognized as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Denver by Influence Digest and selected as one of America’s Top Leadership Coaches by the Coach Foundation. Known for his calming presence and “listening-as-love” philosophy, White believes in the uniqueness of each individual and that real change begins with inner awareness and deepens through aligned action. His coaching draws on the science of formal axiology (developed by Dr. Robert S. Hartman), the spiritual work of Michael Singer, and the wisdom of mentors like Judy Sabah and Peter Demarest.
Looking ahead, White will continue expanding the reach of the Valuegenic Self-Leadership Development program, grow the audience of the “Practicing People’s Podcast,” and strengthen the influence of his Men of Value community, a space supporting Gen Z and millennial men who choose value over dominance, growth over ego, and love over fear in today’s complex world. He remains committed to creating a legacy of transformation rooted in awareness, intention, and the ability to lead oneself toward one’s highest potential.
