Bryan Hindman is an experienced real estate and property management professional, distinguished as a minority owner and general manager. Alongside his business partner and brother, Dallas Hindman, he has worked with Archway Properties since 2023 to build the business’s presence in Oklahoma. For his expertise in real estate, Hindman was honored by Marquis Who’s Who with induction into its prestigious biographical volumes.

Before entering the professional world, Hindman pursued an academic foundation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in leadership and business administration and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, completing both degrees in 2004. These skills in leadership, business, and human resources have guided his career ever since.

Entering the World of Business Administration

After graduating, Hindman began his career as a business administrator at Grace Community Church, where he worked from 2004 to 2007. Hindman left G.C.C. to further expand his commercial real estate knowledge as the regional operations manager at Select Commercial Services, serving in the role until 2010. He returned to Oklahoma to care for his ailing father and became operations manager at Summers Management from 2010 to 2012.

Founding BJH Assets LLC and Joining the Real Estate Industry

Hindman adheres to the philosophy that one should actively look for opportunities, that one should wake up and expect results. “Even if you wake up and go through the day and don’t necessarily see results, that doesn’t mean things are not happening,” he says, “You must play your part and be ready if you’re looking for it.”

So, in 2012, Hindman founded BJH Assets LLC and entered the real estate industry with a company focused on residential housing. He continued to operate the company as he went on to other positions, notably as a general manager at Affinity Properties from 2018 to 2020.

Affinity teamed with another company, and Archway Properties was born. Hindman added to his skillset by accepting a role as a dock controller in real estate and facilities services at ConocoPhillips from 2020 to 2023. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing logistical operations and facility management. Hindman served in this role while continuing to operate BJH Assets LLC and Archway Properties LLC.

Hindman’s Civic Involvement

Outside of his professional career, Hindman is actively involved in several civic organizations. Firmly believing in love’s power to motivate and to create community, he volunteers his time to spread love to others. Committed to equality, education, and opportunity, he is a volunteer at Oklahomans for Equality, Convoy of Hope, was a member of the leadership staff at Pine Cove Camps, and served as a program director for On the Rock Ministries. Furthermore, he is a lecturer, tutor, volunteer, and fundraiser. He is passionate about teaching students life and business skills. He was also a guest speaker at “Dream On – Future Planning Series.”

One of Hindman’s proudest accomplishments comes from his commitment to revitalizing neglected areas through Archway Properties, joining his passions for real estate and community. Most notably, Archway Properties was able to acquire and revitalize a 1912 courthouse, which had been neglected for years, but was one of the most recognizable buildings in the area. He remains committed to further developing the building, with a focus on serving the community.

Plans for the Future

Moving forward, Hindman hopes to continue creating community by revitalizing neglected properties alongside his brother. The courthouse project is only the beginning of his vision for community growth. It is through these efforts that Hindman aims to create spaces that invite love and hope into shared spaces.
