Emerging technologies are transforming how businesses operate — increasing efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and driving innovation across industries. Ajay Narula, founder of iBluTech, is at the forefront of this transformation through a portfolio of forward-thinking initiatives, including Bloom, a mobile healthcare application, and Seeing Eye, an assistive medtech device for the visually impaired. With nearly three decades of technology leadership experience, Narula blends deep technical expertise with a personal commitment to advancing healthcare accessibility and improving quality of life for individuals and families.
Bloom: Embarking on Social Engineering
Narula describes Bloom as a platform designed for the entire family — including pets — emphasizing that healthcare should be proactive, not reactive. He notes that people often pay attention to their health only when issues arise, and Bloom aims to change that mindset. The application provides a secure and convenient way to manage medical information for individuals, families, and their pets in one place. “Healthcare is something many overlook until it becomes urgent,” Narula explains. “Bloom encourages everyone to take a more mindful and continuous application approach to well-being.”
Bloom serves as a cornerstone of iBluTech’s strategic roadmap, which envisions the integration of intelligent features to further enhance usability and engagement. Upcoming developments will introduce capabilities such as automated medical document recognition and personalized health insights powered by advanced data technologies. “While these features are not yet available,” Narula explains, “they are integral to our roadmap for Bloom’s continued evolution and long-term impact.”
Seeing Eye: Technology With a Social Mission
While Bloom focuses on supporting everyday healthcare management, Seeing Eye represents a more personal endeavor for Narula. Drawing from his own experience with limited vision, he is committed to empowering individuals with visual impairments through technology and design innovation. “There are many people with the talent and drive to contribute meaningfully but who face barriers due to vision challenges,” Narula shares. “Seeing Eye aims to bridge that gap — promoting greater inclusion, independence, and quality of life.”
Seeing Eye represents a forward-looking initiative focused on empowering individuals with visual impairments to lead more independent and fulfilling lives. By integrating intuitive and accessible technology, the device seeks to bridge everyday challenges faced by people with limited vision and expand their access to education, employment, and community participation.
The project reflects Narula’s belief that meaningful innovation is not just about advancing technology—it’s about addressing real human needs. Through Seeing Eye, he envisions a future where technology serves as an equalizer, enabling greater inclusion, dignity, and opportunity for all.

His career also includes strategic positions with Capgemini, SSXGlobal, and other multinational firms in the United States, Hong Kong, Dubai, and India.
He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in computer science and statistics, along with certifications as a Scrum Master and product owner, underscoring his commitment to agile leadership and continuous innovation.
Narula’s extensive technical background underpins iBluTech’s ambitious vision for innovation and growth. “When I discuss mobile applications and AI development,” he notes, “people recognize that my insights come from years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the technology.”
Looking Forward: Purpose and Persistence
Narula regards both Bloom and Seeing Eye as missions rather than business ventures, driven by purpose and perseverance. “Never give up or lose hope when challenges arise,” he says. “Persistence is the key to achieving meaningful goals. I’ve faced my own obstacles — including visual impairments — but I choose not to see them as limitations. They are reminders to keep moving forward.” Through these initiatives, Narula continues to demonstrate how vision, resilience, and innovation can shape technology that truly serves people and creates lasting social impact.
