In a world where financial security is a growing concern, Len Curtis stands as a testament to resilience, reinvention, and purpose-driven success. With a lifetime dedicated to service — first as a pastor, then as an international speaker, and now as a financial professional — Len has built a career focused on helping others. His journey into the financial industry is not just about wealth management, it’s about ensuring that people, particularly those who have spent their lives serving others, are financially prepared for their future.

For over 30 years, Len lived and worked in Chile and Colombia, leading churches, founding youth programs, and building a consulting firm that helped individuals and businesses learn English. After returning to the U.S., he pastored a church in St. Petersburg, Florida, while also establishing two feeding centers for impoverished children in Santiago, Chile, and Bogotá, Colombia.

But throughout his years of ministry, he witnessed an unsettling pattern: too many pastors and leaders reaching retirement with little to no financial security. “I saw people who had spent their lives serving others, only to struggle in their later years. I realized that I could make a difference — not just for them, but for my own family as well,” Len shares.

At 73 years old, while many would consider slowing down, Len is proving that success knows no age limit. With a strong foundation in leadership, people management, and strategic vision, he entered the financial services industry to help clients build a future they can rely on. His approach is deeply rooted in integrity, honesty, and a relentless commitment to continuous improvement.

Len’s journey has been anything but conventional. From navigating political and social turmoil in Latin America to surviving a life-threatening encounter with armed criminals in Colombia, his experiences have shaped his outlook on life, resilience, and financial preparedness.

One of his most defining influences was his father, a successful contractor who lost his vision but never his determination. “Even after losing his sight, he refused to give up. He continued to work, to dream, to fight. He taught me that excuses don’t build success — persistence does.”

That persistence carried Len through his own challenges, learning Spanish by fully immersing himself in Mexico, leading large organizations with limited resources, and now, learning an entirely new industry when most people his age are thinking about retirement.

“The biggest challenge wasn’t learning the business,” Len explains. “It was proving to the doubters — friends, family, even colleagues — that I could start fresh and build something impactful at this stage of life.”

Len’s financial career was born out of necessity, both his own and that of the people around him. With many of his peers unprepared for retirement, he saw an opportunity to bridge the gap, offering solutions that eliminate financial risks, fees, and unnecessary taxation.

His expertise lies in tailoring retirement strategies that provide long-term security. “I’ve seen too many people overlook the power of tax-free retirement planning, focusing only on short-term gains. My job is to help them see the bigger picture — how to secure their future while protecting their wealth.”

Despite being new to the industry, Len has already made significant strides. In a short time, he has closed multiple high-value policies and is committed to mastering his craft. His goal? To become a trusted financial expert known for delivering real value.

“Success, to me, is knowing that I’ve helped someone gain peace of mind. If I can do that, I’ve done my job.”

While some see retirement as the end, Len sees it as a new beginning. His five-year vision includes helping clients secure their financial future, expanding his philanthropic efforts by funding at least 10 feeding centers in Latin America, and becoming a recognized expert in financial services, proving that success is possible at any stage of life.

But above all, he hopes to leave a legacy of reinvention and resilience. “If I can show people that it’s never too late to start over, never too late to succeed, then I’ll have done what I set out to do.”

For those who work with Len, he’s more than a financial consultant — he’s a guide, a mentor, and living proof that success is a lifelong journey.
