Additional time granted for Utah students to apply for an exclusive scholarship from Saras AI Institute
Saras AI Institute has extended the deadline for its scholarship contest, giving Utah-based students additional time to submit their applications. The contest, which offers a full-ride scholarship for an associate degree in AI and two half-ride scholarships for runners-up, will now close on Jan. 17, 2025.

Scholarship Details
- Full-Ride Scholarship: Covers tuition and required course materials for an associate degree.
- Half-Ride Scholarships: Two scholarships covering 50% of tuition costs.
- Eligibility: Open to Utah-based students with a passion for AI and a commitment to academic excellence.
Essay Topics
Applicants must submit essays responding to the following questions:
- What inspired you to pursue a degree in Artificial Intelligence, and what role do you see yourself playing in the evolution of AI? What excites you most about its potential to transform industries?
- AI and machine learning technologies are evolving rapidly. Can you share a moment or experience where you solved a problem using technology or creativity? How did that inspire you to explore AI further?
- If you could contribute to solving a global challenge through AI, what would it be, and why does it resonate with you?
Essays will be reviewed by a selection committee based on creativity, clarity and alignment with the mission of Saras AI Institute.
How to Apply
Students can submit essay answers and applications online. Winners will be announced shortly after the deadline, and recipients must begin their programs by January 2025.
